One Source Wellness Works, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program near Towson, MD is CARF accredited and licensed by the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Behavioral Health Administration (BHA). The PRP provides high quality community- based comprehensive rehabilitation and recovery services that supports and promotes successful community integration and therapeutic interventions. 
 
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) works in collaboration with a licensed therapist to assist individuals; both adults and children with behavioral and mental health challenges to reach their fullest potential. 
Referral Form
Our PRP services in Maryland include, but are not limited to:

●       Organizational Skills
●       Time Management Skills
●       Nutrition
●       Money Management
●       Healthy Coping Mechanisms
●       Social Skills
●       Communication
●       Behavioral Modification
●       Independent Living skills
●       Employability Skills

PRP Eligibility for Adults
1. Referral from treating Licensed Mental Health Professional
2. ACTIVE Maryland State Medicaid
3. A psychiatric diagnosis that meets the priority population

PRP Eligibility for Children / Adolescents
1. 5-17 years of age
2. Referral from treating Licensed Mental Health Professional
3. Have an Axis I diagnosis from a licensed mental health professional
4. ACTIVE Maryland State Medicaid
