We provide community-based mental and behavioral health services, including Individual & Family Therapy, a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Family Centered Treatment®. Each service is designed to meet individuals and families where they are in their wellness journey and support them through tailored, therapeutic interventions.
After an initial consultation or referral, our team will help determine the most appropriate program based on your needs, goals, and current support systems. We collaborate with you and your existing mental health provider, if applicable, to ensure a cohesive care plan.
Services are delivered in the home, in community settings, and via secure telehealth platforms, depending on the program and client preference. We aim to provide care that is flexible, accessible, and supportive of your everyday life.
The PRP is a community-based program that helps individuals with mental health challenges develop life skills that promote independence, daily functioning, and community integration. PRP services include support with hygiene, social skills, time management, and more.
FCT is an intensive, in-home therapy model designed for families at risk of disruption or separation. The service focuses on transforming behaviors, improving communication, and strengthening the family unit through structured, trauma-informed intervention over a six-month period.
Yes. We provide telehealth services for both therapy and certain PRP support activities. This allows us to offer care that is convenient, private, and accessible no matter your schedule or location.
We work with children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults. Our programs are designed to address mental health needs at different life stages with age-appropriate strategies and support.
Yes. Most services require a referral from a licensed mental health professional. If you’re unsure how to get started, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the referral process.
